From hospitality to the road.

Sujit Raj Pradhan came to Australia from Nepal in 2008, beginning his Australian journey as a chef. Hospitality introduced him to a simple but powerful principle: people remember how a service makes them feel.

Over the years, his experience has crossed several different industries — including hospitality, the textile business, driving, security, real estate, entrepreneurship and the arts.

Business Experience

Experience shaped through the textile business.

His work and experience in textiles added another layer to his understanding of business, people, presentation, detail and the value of delivering a consistent customer experience.

Each experience contributed something different: discipline, responsibility, communication, attention to detail and an understanding of people.

But it was his time around passenger transport that revealed an opportunity. Sujit experienced the journey from both perspectives — the driver and the passenger.

He saw how inconsistent a ride could become: different vehicles, different standards, different attitudes and very little connection between the person behind the wheel and the person in the seat.

Audii Chauffeurs grew from the belief that this relationship could be better.

Sujit arrived in Australia from Nepal and began working as a chef, starting a journey grounded in hospitality and service.
